1) Nature of Services (Digital Delivery)
Prepflix provides digital education services (live/recorded classes, mentorship, assignments, communities). There is no physical shipment of goods. “Shipping” below refers to how and when your digital access is provisioned.
2) Access Provisioning & Delivery Timelines
We strive to provision access promptly after successful enrollment and verification.

3) Mode of Delivery
- LMS/Portal Access: Delivered to your registered email/phone.
- Live Class Invites: Shared via email/portal calendar.
- Community Channels: Slack/WhatsApp/Discord links (where applicable).
- Recordings & Materials: Available in LMS per your program entitlements.
4) Shipping Fees & Taxes
There are no shipping or handling fees for digital delivery. Applicable taxes (if any) are charged on the service at checkout/invoice.
5) Exchange Policy
As a digital, personalized learning service, we do not allow “exchanges” of programs like physical goods. However, the following operational remedies may be offered (subject to eligibility, capacity, and program rules; they do not create a cash entitlement):
- Batch Transfer: Move to a different batch of the same program when available.
- Reset/Pause: Redo recent modules or temporarily pause progress to catch up.
- Program Change: May be considered per Terms; additional fees may apply.
For monetary refunds, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Exchanges do not trigger or extend refund timelines.
6) Non-Delivery or Access Issues
If you have not received access within the expected timeline:
- Check spam/junk folders and ensure notifications from Prepflix are allowed.
- Verify your registered email/phone is correct in your profile.
- Whitelist our domain in your email service.
- Contact us with your payment reference, batch, and registered details.
7) Account Security & Non-Transferability
Your account is personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred. Unauthorized sharing may lead to suspension without refund (see Terms).
8) Regional Availability & Timing
Services are delivered online and are generally accessible worldwide. Schedules are published in IST (Asia/Kolkata) unless stated otherwise.
