1. Nature of Services (Digital Delivery)
Prepflix is a 100% digital education platform. All programs, courses, mentorship sessions, assignments, and community resources are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped as part of any Prepflix enrollment.
The term "shipping" in this Policy refers exclusively to the provisioning and delivery of digital access — including but not limited to LMS login credentials, live class invites, cohort community links, recorded content, assignments, and mentor session schedules.
Occasionally, promotional or supplementary physical materials (such as printed certificates or welcome kits, if announced) may be dispatched. In such cases, a separate dispatch policy will be communicated at the time of the offer.
2. Access Provisioning & Delivery Timelines
We are committed to provisioning your access promptly upon successful enrollment verification and payment confirmation. Below are the expected timelines for various enrollment scenarios:

Note: These are indicative timelines under normal operating conditions. Actual timelines may vary due to payment verification processes, bank processing delays, national holidays, platform maintenance, or force majeure events. Prepflix will proactively communicate any significant delays.
3. Mode of Delivery
All Prepflix services are delivered digitally through the following channels:
- LMS / Portal Access: Course content, assignments, progress dashboards, and resources are delivered via the Prepflix Learning Management System, accessible at www.prepflix.co.in/lms. Login credentials are sent to your registered email address.
- Live Class Invites: Session links (Google Meet, Zoom, or equivalent) are shared via your registered email address and/or posted on the LMS portal calendar at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- WhatsApp Community: Upon enrollment, you will receive an invite link to your cohort's WhatsApp group for peer interaction, announcements, and quick support.
- Slack / Discord (where applicable): Certain programs include a dedicated Slack workspace or Discord server for asynchronous communication with peers and mentors. Invite links are shared during onboarding.
- Session Recordings: Recordings of live sessions are typically uploaded to the LMS within 24–48 hours after each session, subject to technical and scheduling constraints.
- Resource Library: PDFs, reference sheets, practice problem sets, code repositories, and other supplementary materials are made available on the LMS as per the program schedule.
- Email Notifications: Important communications including session reminders, assignment deadlines, batch updates, and policy changes are delivered to your registered email address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address and phone number are active, accurate, and capable of receiving communications from Prepflix. Whitelist the domain prepflix.co.in and the email address prepflix.academy@gmail.com to prevent important communications from being filtered to spam.
4. Enrollment Confirmation
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive an Enrollment Confirmation Email at your registered email address within 24 hours. This email will include:
- Your unique enrollment ID or student reference number.
- Details of the program, cohort, and batch you have enrolled in.
- Expected access provisioning timeline and onboarding instructions.
- LMS login credentials or a link to complete your profile setup.
- Details of your EMI schedule (if applicable).
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of completing payment, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support. Ensure that the email address provided at checkout was entered correctly.
5. Shipping Fees & Taxes
Since all Prepflix services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees associated with any enrollment. The fee displayed at checkout is the complete service fee.
Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other statutory taxes will be charged on the program fee as per prevailing Indian tax regulations and will be clearly reflected on your invoice. Tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive pricing will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
In the event that a physical item is dispatched (e.g., a printed certificate), any applicable courier charges will be disclosed at the time of dispatch and will not be deducted from previously paid program fees.
6. Exchange Policy
As Prepflix delivers personalized, time-bound digital education services, we do not offer program "exchanges" in the conventional sense applicable to physical goods. Once course content has been accessed or a live cohort has commenced, the delivered service cannot be "returned." However, we recognize that individual circumstances may warrant operational remedies, which are described in Sections 7 and 8 below.
These operational remedies are offered on a case-by-case basis, at Prepflix's sole discretion, subject to eligibility criteria, available capacity, and program-specific rules. They do not create any cash entitlement or override the Cancellation & Refund Policy. For monetary refund requests, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Batch Transfer Policy
A Batch Transfer allows an enrolled student to move from their current cohort to a different upcoming batch of the same program. Batch transfers are subject to the following conditions:
- Transfer requests must be submitted to prepflix.academy@gmail.com at least 7 business days before the new batch start date.
- A batch transfer is permitted only once per enrollment unless an exception is granted in writing by Prepflix.
- Transfers are subject to availability of seats in the target batch. Prepflix cannot guarantee a transfer to a specific batch.
- If you have already attended more than 25% of the current batch's sessions, a batch transfer may be denied or subject to an administrative fee, as communicated at the time of request.
- A batch transfer does not reset EMI obligations. All outstanding installments continue as per the original schedule.
- Batch transfers do not entitle you to any refund of fees paid, nor do they extend the total program duration beyond what was originally enrolled.
8. Pause and Reset Policy
8.1 Progress Reset: In certain programs, you may be eligible to re-access and redo recent modules or assignments if you fall significantly behind. A reset request should be raised with your assigned mentor or the Prepflix support team. Resets are discretionary and do not entitle you to a refund or to re-attend live sessions already conducted.
8.2 Pause / Deferral: In cases of documented medical emergencies, personal crises, or other exceptional circumstances, you may request a temporary pause of your program access for a defined period. Pause requests must be submitted in writing to prepflix.academy@gmail.com with supporting documentation.
- Pauses are granted at Prepflix's sole discretion and may not be available for all programs.
- A pause does not suspend EMI obligations. Monthly installments continue as scheduled during a paused period.
- The total pause duration permitted per enrollment shall not exceed 60 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Program content delivered during a pause period remains accessible to you upon resumption.
8.3 Program Change: Requests to transfer enrollment from one Prepflix program to another are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply depending on the fee differential between programs. Any approved program change will be confirmed in writing.
9. Non-Delivery or Access Issues
If you have not received access within the expected timeline stated in Section 2, or if you encounter issues accessing your enrolled content, please take the following steps before contacting support:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the enrollment confirmation and access emails.
- Ensure you are logging in with the correct email address used at the time of enrollment.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try an incognito/private window.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable and that our website is not blocked by a firewall or proxy.
- If logging in via Google, ensure you are using the Google account linked to your Prepflix enrollment.
- Whitelist prepflix.co.in and prepflix.academy@gmail.com in your email client.
If the issue persists after completing the above steps, please contact our support team at prepflix.academy@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Payment confirmation screenshot or transaction/reference ID.
- Name of the program/batch you enrolled in.
- A brief description of the access issue or error message encountered.
- Device type, operating system, and browser version (if applicable).
Our support team aims to acknowledge access-related issues within 4 business hours and resolve them within 24–48 hours. We will proactively communicate if resolution requires a longer timeframe.
10. Account Security & Non-Transferability
Your Prepflix account and all associated digital access is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not:
- Share your login credentials with any other person, including friends, family members, or colleagues.
- Sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer your enrollment or account access to any third party.
- Allow concurrent logins from multiple devices simultaneously, where technically restricted by the platform.
- Share session recordings, materials, or content with individuals who are not enrolled in the program.
Prepflix employs monitoring tools to detect abnormal access patterns, multiple concurrent logins, and unusual download activity that may indicate unauthorized sharing. Detection of such activity may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account without prior notice.
- Permanent termination of enrollment without refund.
- Legal action for violation of intellectual property and contractual obligations.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify us at prepflix.academy@gmail.com.
11. Regional Availability & Scheduling
Prepflix services are delivered entirely online and are accessible from anywhere in the world with a stable internet connection. There are no geographic restrictions on accessing the LMS or recorded content. However, please note the following:
- All live sessions are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST / UTC+5:30) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the program details.
- Students joining from different time zones are responsible for accounting for the time difference when attending live sessions.
- Access to certain region-specific features (such as placement support or referral networks) may be limited to students currently residing in India.
- Prepflix reserves the right to restrict access from specific regions if required by applicable law, export regulations, or platform security considerations.
12. Force Majeure and Service Interruptions
Prepflix shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of services that is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or other acts of God.
- Internet infrastructure outages, DNS failures, or third-party platform downtime (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom).
- Acts of government, regulatory actions, or public health emergencies (including pandemics).
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance of the LMS or hosting infrastructure.
- Instructor illness or other unforeseen unavailability of mentors or support staff.
In the event of a service interruption, Prepflix will:
- Notify affected students via email, WhatsApp group, or in-platform announcement as promptly as possible.
- Reschedule any affected live sessions and update the cohort calendar accordingly.
- Where feasible, provide recordings or asynchronous resources to compensate for any missed synchronous content.
Service interruptions due to force majeure events do not entitle students to a refund of program fees.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping & Exchange Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
For interim or injunctive relief, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi, India.
14. Updates to This Policy
Prepflix reserves the right to amend this Shipping & Exchange Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes affecting enrolled students, we will also send a notification to your registered email address. Your continued enrollment in or use of Prepflix's services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
