These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Prepflix (“Prepflix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through its website www.prepflix.co.in and related platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our platform or enrolling in any of our programs, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Prepflix.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Course Access and License

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial use only. All content is the intellectual property of Prepflix.

4. Payment and Electronic Clearing Service (ECS)

a. You agree to pay all applicable fees as per the course plan selected.
b. If opting for EMI via ECS, you authorize Prepflix and its payment partners to initiate recurring deductions from your registered bank account.
c. Failure to honor ECS mandates may lead to legal recovery action and deactivation of course access.
d. Fees once paid are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior in all sessions, discussions, and platforms. Harassment, misuse of content, or disruption may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials including video lectures, PDFs, practice problems, mentor feedback, and session recordings are copyrighted. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without explicit written permission from Prepflix.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prepflix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee job placement or interview calls unless explicitly mentioned as part of a placement guarantee program.

8. Modification of Terms

Prepflix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage users to review them periodically.

9. Termination

Prepflix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated. In case of breach, no refund shall be provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
